GB Australian Migration Law is an agency providing advice, assistance, and services for Australian visa applications. The agency is directed by Guillaume Benoist. Our offices are located in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, the capital of Queensland.

We can advise you on the different type of visas that you may be eligible to apply for. We also do Australian citizenship applications.

Whether you wish to live temporarily or permanently in Australia, we are here to assist you obtain your desired visa.

In addition to our immigration assistance and advice services, we can, on your behalf, make all the necessary steps required for your visa applications to the Australian governmental authorities.

The migration profession is highly regulated in Australia. It is a legal obligation for all migration agents operating in Australia to be registered with the Office MARA (Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority). The MARA is a governmental department regulating the migration profession and monitoring migration agents ’compliance with the Code of Conduct.

We are able to offer our services either in French or English. Our core objective is to give you practical solutions that answer your migration needs.

Guillaume Benoist

Founder and Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1795706)

Guillaume is a dual French-Australian citizen. He has completed his university studies in Australia and in France. He holds a double Bachelor degree in Journalism and Law from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the same university,  a Master of Laws in International Law from the Australian National University (ANU), and a LL.M. (Magister Legum) in French and European Community Law from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University – Paris 1. He is admitted as a lawyer in Queensland and the High Court of Australia. He is also qualified as a lawyer in France (Paris Bar). 

Furthermore, he also has a Graduate Certificate of Australian Migration Law and Practice (ANU). His studies and his practical experience have given him a thorough understanding of Australia and its immigration system, thus allowing him to advice you effectively to achieve your migration goals.
